What is a driver to do, get assaulted, badly injured just because they drive through a protest? Let’s look back at history on January 2, 1979 during the Iranian student riots in Los Angeles, a L.A. Deputy Sheriff was attacked while in their unit and ultimately struck a pedistrian in the roadway and was not prosecuted. Now then, simple question why should it be any different for a civilian? You know the answer….
